School shootings, domestic violence, COVID-19, drug addiction, sexual trauma . . .  In the context of these terrible realities, is it possible to believe in an all-powerful Creator who loves you and wants the best for you? Do you find it hard to believe that He loves anyone? And what about Christians, who claim to follow Jesus and call themselves the “Family of God”? Have they been accepting and kind – or the opposite?

At any age, what you believe about identity and life, faith and relationships is at the center of your being. If your heart is full of pain and anger and you are in bondage to anyone or anything, please know that there is hope. You are not helpless in the face of evil. We invite you to consider this possibility:

Jesus is still alive. He loves you.

He wants to heal your broken heart and set you free.

May we introduce you to Jesus? While He was on earth, He reached out with healing power to the most vulnerable — the disenfranchised, disease-ridden, oppressed, wounded and weak. In contrast, He forcefully denounced religious leaders who were proud, merciless and hypocritical. It isn’t God’s will for a person to suffer at the hands of a family member or someone in a position of trust.

Sadly, if you have experienced these things, you may not want anything to do with Christianity. Yet there are so many people in the “Family of God” who are like Jesus – truly loving and safe. Morning Sky Ministries creates opportunities for those in need to connect with those who can be trusted. Would you like to spend time on this site? Please contact us if you’d like to know more.

“I believe in Christianity as I believe that the sun has risen: not only
because I see it, but because by it I see everything else.” – C.S. Lewis
